Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Techmines collects through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by Techmines Technologies LLC, Suite 2121, 101 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302, USA, together with Techmines Technologies, 308, Golden Park, Palanpur Patia, Surat, Gujarat 395009, India ("Techmines", "we", "us"). Questions about this policy: info@techminesllc.com.

What we collect

  • When you apply or ask for a website teardown: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company, website, the services you're interested in, budget range, timeline, whether you make the decision, your preferred contact channel and anything you write in the message.
  • When we talk with you: emails, notes from calls and messages about your project.
  • Basic technical data: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, and the page that referred you, kept in server logs to run and secure the site.
  • Analytics (only if you allow it): if you choose "Allow analytics", Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how pages are used. If you choose "No thanks", they are not loaded.

We do not buy data, run advertising on this site, or build advertising profiles.

How we use it

  • To reply to your application, decide whether we're a good fit, prepare proposals and deliver projects.
  • To send you the emails you asked for (for example, a confirmation or your teardown).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam (including a spam check from Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • To understand which pages help visitors, if you allowed analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails without your consent.

Marketing email

If you tick “Email me occasional notes from Techmines” on an application or a teardown request, we may send a short series of emails about how we work and about projects we have shipped. Each of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email info@techminesllc.com and ask us to stop. Unsubscribing stops those notes. It does not stop mail about an application you sent, an invoice, or a contract. If you leave the box unticked, we send only the messages needed to answer you.

Invoices and contracts

If we work together, we keep the invoices and signed agreements needed to do the work and to meet tax and accounting rules in the United States and India. A signed agreement stores your name, email, the time you signed, the IP address and browser you used, a copy of your signature, and a fingerprint of the exact text you signed.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site and our work, under agreements that protect your data:

  • Hosting and database: Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage).
  • Email: Resend (sending emails from the site).
  • Team alerts: WhatsApp Business (Meta), used only to alert our own team about new applications.
  • Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Booking: Cal.com, if you book a call.
  • Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

International transfers

Our team works from the USA and India, so your information may be accessed in both countries. We use reputable providers and access controls to protect it wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

Applications that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, by emailing info@techminesllc.com. If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including to withdraw consent and to raise a grievance. If you are in a U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have similar rights. We will respond within the time the law requires.

You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, sign-in links instead of passwords for our team, an activity log of admin changes, and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
