Contact and inquiry information is used solely to respond to your message, evaluate whether there is a good project fit, scope potential engagements, and manage ongoing client relationships. We do not use your email address for marketing without your explicit consent.
Usage data (analytics) is used to understand how the site performs, which pages are most useful, and where we can improve the experience. It is not shared with advertisers.

Storage & Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as necessary to manage the relationship and meet any legal or operational requirements. If a project does not move forward, we retain minimal contact information for a reasonable period before deletion.

Will you send me marketing emails after I contact you?
No. We respond to your inquiry and that is it. We do not add you to a newsletter, a drip campaign, or any marketing list without your explicit consent. If you want to stay in touch, that's a separate conversation.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email info@techminesllc.com with a deletion request and we will process it promptly. Where we have a legal or contractual obligation to retain certain records, we will tell you clearly what and why.
Do you use my information to retarget ads?
No. We do not run retargeting or ad campaigns using visitor or contact data. We do not install Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or any ad-network tracking on this site.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Yes. Any details you share about your business, goals, or project in an inquiry or scoping call are treated as confidential. We will not discuss your project with third parties without your permission. NDAs are available on request for active engagements.
